Conditions of Return

We understand that our sculptures are more than just decor—they are pieces of devotion and emotion. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, with all original packaging.
• Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Damage Upon Return: If the product is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be borne by the buyer and may reduce the refund amount.

To initiate a return, please email us at [support@laxminathamhandicrafts.com] with your Order ID and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized orders
• Items purchased during a sale or discount event
• Products that have been used, modified, or altered in any way after delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• If eligible, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay or Stripe).
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the damage. We will either:

• Send a replacement (if available)
• Or issue a full refund (including shipping charges, if applicable)

2. Second Layer: Bubble Wrap
3. Third Layer: Paper Shredding for Cushioning
4. Fourth Layer: Hard Carton / Iron / Wooden Box (based on the size and material of the sculpture)

Our packaging standards are aligned with industry best practices to minimize transit damage.
